I am confused about going for rear stock type for R15-S - MRF REVZ-S 130/70 or any other options

In my experience the stock tire MRF Revs S is all you would need for a bike like R15. It provides good dry and wet grip and has an average life of about 30K kms. It provides perfect balance between usable grip and tire life. Of course this is considering you use the bike for normal day to day commuting and touring. It is the best value for money tires you can get.
If you take the bike to the race track regularly, then yes one might find the MRFs a bit low on grip. In that case Pirellis and Michelin has some good options. But remember the cost of the tire will increase and the life of the tire will decrease as they are soft compound rubber that gives maximum grip in any conditions. These tires are also more prone to punctures as well, especially in Indian road conditions.I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.

I was about to open similar thread for new tyres for my R15S, but found this. Will use this if it's okay with the OP.
My bike and stock tyres are around 18000 KMs run and trust me, right after they crossed 13000-14000 KMs they suddenly got so prone to punctures that right now I have 5 punctures in the rear tyre and 4 punctures(fixed) in the front. They are getting punctured even by minute glass pieces on road every month or so. Looks like the solid middle rubber part has lost much of its life. There are minute cracks all over the rear tyre especially, apart from the standard "aging cracks" on the sidewalls.
From a glance the tyres still look okay with enough tread remaining specially on the sides as I don't corner like crazy but it seems kind of risky to me running them with these many holes fixed, considering that I often do high speed highway runs. The front tyre seems to be in a better shape still as far as treads are concerned.
There has been observed a bit more skidding on tarmac road in hard braking, if that helps.
I'm planning to replace the front tyre with the stock itself but for rear I need something which is again a dual compound but better puncture resistant in its mid life. Any suggestions for stock size only?
Edit: Can't upload pics without them getting auto-rotated 90 degrees for some reason.

Suggest one of the Tyre brands for my R15s : MRF / Timsun /Michelin /Ceat.
Points to be Considered: Good in Indian road conditions both on and off- road trips.
Indian road conditions. Safe and good grip even in watery surface.

If you need more grip, Michelin or Pirellis has some good options. The budget will go up of course so check out the price and then compare.
You will get a good idea of prices online and then check the stores in your city.

Guys for R15, I'd suggest sticking to stick tyres. I'm using those on my P220 and they are awesome. They are softer than usual market generic tyres and provide pretty good grip and wet handling. Some of the comments make me say this - maintain the tyre pressure well.
