  • Bajaj Avenger 220 tyres recommendation

    Hey nation,

    My Avenger 220 Cruise came with Eurogrip tyres. I've done ~3000 kms on it in last 2 months. The problem is that front tyre is locking out frequently. Rear tyre slips like butter on wet mud/clay. Is this normal?

    I rode pulsar 150 UG2 for 3 years before this and rarely had any lockout issues.

    Do you guys suggest changing tyres? If so, which ones?
    Specs
    Front - 90/90-17
    Rear- 130/90-15

    Budget ~6-7k

    Thank you very much!

      Go for MRF.
      I changed mine 100/80-17 front .
      130/90-15 for Rear.
      Mine came with Eurogrip too . Those tyres were not giving me confidence.Exchanged them to MRF.
      Use first two fingers while braking.You have changed from sports to cruiser bike.

        @lonelymanxxx -The Eurogrips are EuroSLIPS
        Go for Metro Street hawk 130/90-15 for the rear and the Ceat Secura 90/90-17 in the front-much superior braking in dry or wet-using them on my bike
        2150+1100 for them-used the previous tubes as both were in perfect condition.
