Re: How long will my tires last
Carefully riding the bike, you can squeeze 2.5 to 3k kms easily. The tires are almost good to be written off, but I'd suggest replace it ASAP.
Be extremely cautious on slippery and gravel roads, the tires will easily slip.
Cheers!

The girl said, 'NO!'
And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

Re: How long will my tires last
One of my friends is a proud (read crazy) owner of a Yamaha FZ1n (2012) and there is probably nothing he wouldn't try on his bike - from burnouts to learning wheelies to riding it in excess of 290 Km/h speeds on weekend rides, with his only limitation being his unavailability of nerves at times!
In-spite of doing all of that, he tells me that the tires are usable (although they progressively get worse in handling) till 5,000 - 6,000 Kms if adapted to gentler riding style as they wear before he smokes them completely and goes tyres shopping.
Now the change is that he uses Michelins on his bike but since we are talking Dunlops in this thread, my educated guess (worst case scenario) is that they should be good for another 1,500 Kms of gentle rolling before they become available for some guilt-free smoking burn-outs (if you are in to that) and you go shopping for another set of rubbers
It depends on your riding style really, how quickly those tyres wear out.
P.S. Kindly post a few more images of your Kawa for us; it is such a beauty!

Re: How long will my tires last
Thanks bro.appreciate it. Currently I am at 10k. Had some close slips, especially when pulling out on wet roads and corners . Planning to squeeze out another 2k(hopefully) before I swap it.Originally posted by AvinashKrishnamurthy View PostOne of my friends is a proud (read crazy) owner of a Yamaha FZ1n (2012) and there is probably nothing he wouldn't try on his bike - from burnouts to learning wheelies to riding it in excess of 290 Km/h speeds on weekend rides, with his only limitation being his unavailability of nerves at times!

With calm riding, you should be able to squeeze 2k more Kms from those tyres.
Ride safe
