So Yamaha at it again!!
My inference from the testing being conducted since as early as Dec-10 is that there would be a considerable change in the specs. A bigger bore would top that list.
If it all Yamaha launch the bike with the same 150cc mill, I would say they are losing the plot. C'mon, 8 months of testing for just a bump in bhp is unacceptable.
Also, looking at the latest pic, the new tail looks too big for the bike. Infact, it is starting to look ugly to me (with respect to proportion).

I doubt it would be a 250, it better be a 200 that way the price will be competitve.
I sincerely hope its a 200 with 20+bhp!

A 250cc from Yamaha would do them a hell lot of good right now!

I wish yamaha doesnt increase the price of new R15 ;p
rather I hope it to be a 250 CC bike ... I don't understand the strategy of indian automobile manufacturers.. why they always try to hide their new launches.. neither KTM has new specific news nor Yamaha.. and people are just boiling to see the new machines

^^mechanics being traned for upcoming launches........
any info of BAL training their mechanics for revamped pulsars??
btw, most of the bikes being rumored as "to be launched soon" are already seen testing here and there, but no such sighitngs for revamped pulsars. are the testing them in some alien land or planning to test on initial customers.

I can't help but think that the R6 and CBR600RR will come soon! Too bad none of the manufacturers are ready to reveal their line-up for the coming year!

no camouflage whatsoever.

the three spy pics he posted actually show more detail than a lot of other Ducati/Triumph spy pics.

Absolutely............the R15 was just cruising.Originally posted by 111diablo111 View Posti don't see anything "real fast" in that video
..that car was going near about a true speed of 105-110kmph & overtook that bike so bike must be goin near about the speed of 100kmph which even current R15 does with an ease..
The car raised its speed to catch up and pass it at the speedo indicated 120kmph.......
Judging by the movement of the vehicles the R15 was doing around 95-100kmph with its speedo showing 110kmph or something.
The car was doing 105-110kmph with the speedo rising slowly from 112kmph to 120kmph.
Very normal incident for the R15 and the car on an Indian Highway.
This video is not about how fast or speed video, this is just the new design R15 spotted video.

that would have made a better video sir but i guess at that speed it was more important to keep the eyes on the road.Originally posted by payeng View PostWould have loved to see more of the bike rather than the car's speedo in the video.
