Is this going to be a silent launch from Yamaha?
BTW,the front tire looks like 90 spec. with rear 130,it would look really beefy...
plese mr.Ramakrishna, steal the bike from showroom and test ride.... and inform us about all specs... just cant wait.

I just contacted Mr. Anand whose number you had given. He told me that the booking amount is Rs. 2000/- and the delivery of the bike would be possible only in December or January next year.

Contacted Orion motors in bangalore now. They say that the bike would most likely be launched in September but also said that they could not give a confirmation. The bookings have already started here as well with a booking amount of Rs. 1000/-. They told that quite a lot of bikes have been booked already.

So is it something like this??? Launch in September and deliveries starting in December/January???

Why don't u ask Bangalore wheels and Perfect riders... they both are the number 1 n 2 dealers in Bangalore... they assure to deliver the bike just after the 2nd week of sept.. Now how is this possible??

guys, new r15 got both mrf tyre only, not ninja tyre.

In Kerala launch date is on Sep 6. No info about engine spec and price. Dealer training will finished by this week.

Guess what, all showroom's mechs have already received training to service the new r15. It lasted for 2-3 days. The mechs weren't allowed to carry cameras and had to switch off their phones.

Im currently in Bangalore and was planning on doing the booking. But there are a few things which might stop me from doing so. Im off to Belgium this weekend. Iam still not sure how long i would be there. So i guess i will be putting it off till i return.

Guess what , everyone has been speculating and speculating a lot about the R15 and the new 250s, which we know what it looks like and what it may ride like more or less.

But no one seems concerned about Hero Moto and what they cooked up recently.

All of us knew that they were going to bring to table a Dirt bike, and now it is here.
Hero Moto unveiled their Dual Purpose bike called Impulse on 9th August 2011 at London.The Impulse is a 150cc bike.

With this Bike, Hero Moto would try to give rise to an entirely new segment in our country which was till now unknown in production circles, though it had been conceptualized by TVS and around 2 stroke bikes before........the Dirt Bike-Off road-Dual Purpose segment.This segment would bring the machines which is mostly desired by rally goers who likes to play it in regions where there are no roads, like through forests, fields, rocky plateaus and deserts.

Now I hope TVS gears up their magnificent supermotard prototype, the Isotope 200 and starts rising the stakes in this newly found segment.

If your answer is NO for all the above questions. Then, what's stopping you from sharing the pic with a Watermark? You weren't in their factory taking the pics for Yamaha to sue you.
