Just called Yamaha dealer to enquire about the new R15,and he said that the new R15 will be launched from 15-30 days from nowAnd more importantly there will be no increase in powerAnd the bookings are open for the new version.

P.S-The production of the old version has been stopped and it is not available in any of the dealers at my place.

if Ram had taken all the pics by accidentally seeing it..then how can u say that the new bike will be priced lower than the current one

He asked the yamaha team who are there and the release date is 6 Septmber.

Same position here too... old r15 not available right now... and bookings are started... but he told me to come to the showroom in the first week to get to know about the bike... so i'm eagerly waiting for this 20 days to go faster...

Just went to Yamaha factory shop, Pune to enquire about the new R15, but they said they don't have any news regarding the same. Also I saw there some current R15s awaiting delivery. Wonder who will take those now.

^^^ ya absolutely true, just called another yamaha dealer in Pune, "Monarch auto', they said new version is coming in September for sure but they don't have further details as of now regarding the same.
