Good Petrol Pumps ?

Hi guys please share your experiences and let everyone know about good petrol pumps in and around your vicinity that you know and have experienced.

Please also mention the City - Locality - Name of the Pump so that we all can take advantage of good fuel.

This thread will be helpful when we go for touring or visit another city and have no clue about the Petrol Pumps there.

Also mention any not so good pumps with inferior fuel that can be avoided.

Sorry to sound stupid but I have not heard of any automated / e-fuel station in my vicinity ... how to know if they are ? .... Any particular symbol or tag ? .... And what is the funda behind automated being genuine ?

Try visiting Shell petrol bunks , these are company owned company operated..

I get it filled from hosur road, bangalore. and never faced any problem in service or measurement.

shell petrol is supposedly very good.. and strangely lasts a little longer..

there is a shell petrol pump before wakad in pune normal unleaded petrol is some 68 rupees and premium is 70.

U will definitely get good fuel there !

Amar Automobiles - King's Circle-Mumbai they have their own tankers to get fuel from the reservoirs

If you are ever in Patiala - Punjab only go to Bhagat Singh petrol pump near Phowara Chowk rest all the petrol pumps up here mix acetone/thinner in petrol

The only problem is that out of town, whenever we need to refuel, most of the pumps that come up seem to be IOC

You most definitely do get quality unadulterated fuel at Shell petrol bunks.

I usually fill up with Super unleaded for 68 rupees per litre at the Vital Mallya outlet. Gives you peace of mind.

I used to fill Premium from the IOC near NGV, Koramangala, but no more.

My bike always seemed to have a bigger appetite for IOC petrol than it does for Shell Super. (More litres per tankful went in at IOC pumps than it does at Shell pumps)

But IOC has the widest distribution network, so there's no getting away from them when you are searching for a pump.
