! what i know is 5 speed came with 15/38 and 4 speed came with 16/34.

Well, Achiever's front sprocket is a direct fit to Hunk. hai there u can not put karizmas sprocket on u r xtreme.because karizmas sprocket is of of higher pitch and uses 520 size chain insted of u r original 428 size chain. .what u can easily do is get a pulsar front sprocket or an achever front sprocket and put it in the place ur front sprocket .since front sprocket is of 15 teeth rather than u r original 14 teeth , will give the neccessary increse in cruising ability and will definetly boost fuel efficency too if ridden in the same speed as u were riding with u r previous set of teeth.Last edited by dondkurian; 08-07-2009, 08:45 PM.

ya sure u can easily fit acheiver sprocket in u r hunk.no need to go to any service center because they will most probably be telling you that its not possible .get a 15 teeth front sprocket of acheiver and get to a local workshop a get it done..man. enjoy cuising.............

the one and only option to get a higher speed in karizma is rajiv bajajs pulsar 220and 200. they sport a 14 teeth front sprocket .only 200 avengers and 220 ,200 sprocket sizes are same as that of karizma and have 520 size chain .rest 180 and below have 428 size chain....i hope the front sprocket inner diameter is same .if the rear sprocket hole size is same u can put a 37 teeth pulsar 220 rear sprocket or put a 200s 38 sprocket .but i didnt hope karizma to take so much tall gearing without serious modification to increase torque. but u can safely put the front sprocket easily.......Originally posted by Deepakumarwut abt the Sproketing of ZMA for better top speed.?

u can get a rx 135 16 teeth front sprocket.then get to a work shop reduce temper by anneling ,then drill two hole on its periphery .get a thread on hole bytapping .get it done right by comparing it with u r front sprocket lock ..harden it then put it on .U r bike is having now having a longer legs.if not satisfies get a 42 teeth rear sprocket from i st generration dtsi and put it on .hope u will get the results u wantOriginally posted by me is rossi View Postdoes anyone know ppl who can make custom sprockets, i wanted to cruise at 110 at 7.5rpm...what kinda sprocket am i looking at for my 180 ug3??
