Nice initiative.
Earlier, while I was residing in Kerala, the fellow Xbhpians there had an ICE(in case of emergency) Sheet.
The sheet is basically a Excel sheet in Google Drive(earlier Google Docs) where all details like mobile number, blood group, emergency contact number, person to contact during emergency and relation with that person, Bike reg number were present.
I have prepared a similar document where all the Xbhpians from Assam can fill in their details and keep a copy with them for use in emergency and it will also be handy in knowing each other.
Instead of publishing personal details like contact number, fb account, etc. here(a public site), such info can be kept confidential IMO.
What is your opinion guys?

What I offered was to maintain an In case of emergence(ICE) sheet which is helpful with details like blood group, emergency contact person and his number, etc..During an emergency(like accident, etc.), it will be handy to know these things. it serves the purpose of safety and saves time.As many members are new to this forum, a place(like the ICE sheet) will have the categorized details of each member and it will also save one's time in searching the whole thread.Also sharing FB id, contact no etc. is a personal choice and I have no say in that.Please check the following image for example.RIDE SAFE
