Good to see that the thread is up. As discussed in our lat g2g, i will not be a part of the Hmtv ride due to my obligations with an other Television channel.

However, you can expect all my inputs and thoughts regarding the Hmtv ride.

          Nice..
As i said before i would trail the group. I wont be speaking anything in particular except for the importance of helmet, how ignorant people are about helmets & finally giving an example of my friend who was negligent & met with an accident.

well since i dont have anything major to say, maybe i can comment on the "music" riders here while riding and how various types of music can lead to various styles of riding...its advisable to leave your ears free when you are on the road but if it aont possible then its always good to listen to smooth calming music...

is this ok or should i come up with another one prabhakar anna???

I've decided to say something on self - control.

It's human nature to compete, if we see another guy egging us on on the road, to street race... What would you guys do? I need your inputs. Very few ppl will say "Ignore" and actually mean it...

I confess I've given in many times, I mean for a Full fledged street race. I felt very bad for losing my self control afterward. Anything could have happened to me, the other guy, or any one on the road. But now I'm able to control this urge. (Little bit, cant resist short speed bursts now and then when I'm sure its safe, road is good and I know it, no ppl/vehicles posing obstacles.. Hanith u remember right? )

Now I don't want to hear something like you should stop, it's dangerous, Yes I know all that and I agree but sometimes its almost involuntary. Like I said it's basic human character to be better, to prove something when challenged. But I have realized that there will be nothing to differentiate me from the idiot who wants to race if I give in to him. By grace or luck or whatever, I haven't been in any serious trouble due to this, but luck can only take u so far.

Basically I want to let the younger riders know, that its OK to not race, its OK to ignore the challenge, its OK to let the other guy go ahead, because at the end of the day, the real winner is the one who respects others on the road, knows his limits and the limits of his vehicle, and comes home safe to the people who are waiting for him..

Anything you guys can add, I would really appreciate it, thanks.

bravo bravo...had this been a movie,i might have cried......but seriously man, i used to race on the streets before too..that too without a lid...then with a lid coz of cops...but now after joining xbhp and seeing all the experiences of various members, lids like a part of my bike...and i have also controlled my urge to compete too...thats where my music comes by..but sadly we have to also say that music is a NO NO while riding too...i strongly disagree however but guess i have to say this as other riders might take it the wrong way and listen to loud music and get involved in a mishap...

                            Vun funda-mental koshchun!!!

As HMTV is a Telugu channel, what would be the language for this program??

If there is specific language constraint, then all the speakers should be able talk in Telugu!!

If no constraint, we can do kichidi of Telugu, English and Hindi.

Ahem.....ahemm......well sais and writtern. I am speechless and I dont think I am the right one to say anything on this topic. Anyway, nicely put across

@All..........I think somebody should speak about the consequences of riding under the influence of alcohol, drugs etc....and how it results in accidents.
