anti rust solution?

Is there any anti rust solution for the bikes? I am not talking about the Polishes and all. I am looking for the solution of rusting in the lower parts of the engine and the metal frame and the other parts that usually catches rust.

it costed us 1300Rs as we called the person from trivendrum to bangalore to get this coat done ,

Vinayak called me and mentioned this thing to me. But i was skeptical since the bike is new. I need to do some more research and take a call on this. But looks like its worth the price and is better than the "teflon" coating.

I'm interested to see the bikes post this coating. Should throw more light on the quality of the job. How much time does it take for the job to get done and what parts are coated? Only metal or the fiber bits too?

Matt finish polish for Matt Grey Apache.

Hey guys..I own a TVS Apache RTR Fi 160. It is in the Matt Grey color. I would like to know whether there is any such polish which will retain the matt finish..I used a wax polish recently which brought a glossy finish to the metallic parts like the tank..But I want to retain the earlier matt finish..Please tell me if any such polish exists to give out a matt finish.. Teflon Coating Issue

Hey bikers..

I wanted to teflon coat my new R15 but a man who works in the showroom itself advised me not to do that.He said the bike would shine for only a week and the colour would then fade out so badly that the bike will not look good as it looked without coating.

But I have also heard many people advising to teflon coat the bike first. Im confused.

Please help.
