A quick mini review of F.E.A.R-2. How come noone has done it here before?

After all the maddening pre-launch atmosphere, it was a case of 'huh???' .

A good shooter with good gameplay. Nothing spectacular in this front. Graphics are good, and the sound is just amazing. But with the advent advancement of technology, these things were pretty much expected.

In scare factor, overall, FEAR was definitely much more scarier than this. I found there were too many straight-on confrontations with Alma than necessary. Maybe just a scary glimpse here and there would be suffice to get our hearts beating fast. But that being said, there were definitely scary moments. The scariest moment, infact, from both FEARs, is in this one where the lights fluctuated like crazy and Becket border lining on reality and hallucination. I wondered how epileptic gamers handled that.

Story/Plot was a little unconvincing and disappointing. Did you guys realise how short the story was? It barely took me a day to finish it in medium difficulty.

Lets hope that FEAR 3 will be much more exciting.

@Pranay: Nice, crisp review of F.E.A.R-2. I have been out of the gaming scene for quite a few days now. I am waiting for Diablo-III with baited breath though!

xBox 360 to Monitor

hi guys,
is there a way to connect xBox 360 to an LCD monitor?

has anybody tried doing it?
can somebody put in a guide layman desi style as to how to do it? with pics possibly.

Monitor: BenQ T2200HD. has DVI-D port.

Tricks/Tips/HidingSpots in NFS-MW

i was having a tought time with the cops in NFS MW. thats when i bumped into the bus station. and i won the whole game with it!

all i did was, start a chase with L1; ride for sometime and get the heat up to L3. then head for the bus station. and keep fooling the cops by running your car on the ramps, and on reaching the top, park your car in the space between the ramps(dont jump over).

has anybody else found spots like these (not marked in the game itself)? feel free to share.

also, while it was a complete struggle with lamborghini's, i picked up the lancer in the garage and went all the way up and defeated #2 easily. cake walk. used the porsche GT to finish the game for #1 though.

Nice find... old trick though.. have completed some of the levels in the same way .. but i did prefer riding around to get those infractions (in the game only !!!)

yeah. but what the heck, you can play this game again and again. and its good to know new tricks. maybe someone found a new one too. thats why i posted.

for xBox 360, there is a DVI cable (by what i have heard). costs bout $70 US. so is there any difference in the pricing in India? and is it available?

T2200HD: is 21.5" widescreen full HD with DVI-D in.
this doesnt have inbuild speakers like E2200HD.
and i have a 5.1 channel connected to TV now.
so how can i take out the sound to the speakers now.

ie, info needed on connecting: xBox 360 + LCD monitor + 5.1 speakers.
