Just finished reading the reviews of Fallout-3 on Gamespot, Gamespy and IGN. It seems to be a really nice game (both gameplay and graphics wise..). Would love to get my hands dirty with the Fallout universe!

Absolutely! Dead Space is no doubt a good game. Gosh! With so many games releasing every alternate week, it's hard to keep tab of the growing list!

It gets really confusing and sometimes irritating as well, really! And the hard disk just keeps filling up like anything..

@Aparajith: I have played 'Halo' and loved it, did not try 'Halo-2' though. I have heard that it's a Windows Vista exclusive title. Is it?

HALO 2 initially was accompanied with VISTA for boosting rep of it.but back then VISTA suffered heavy crashes and bugs.so for PC HALO 2 went heavily down.now you can play HALO 2 on xp with some hacks.
on the XBOX 360 it was a super HIT.


as for news.
both FALL OUT 3 and QUANTAM OF SOLACE 007 have been released.you can say DIWALI bonus...time to go to respective meccas.

BIA HH is almost complete. Playing the last level (Tooth and Nail) and FC2 is already installed and got a crack from warez... Its working.

Ha Ha.. So true! It's time again to visit the mecca.. I have no idea how 'Quantum of Solace' (the game) would be. Based on earlier experiences of Bond games, I am not too sure whether I would want to get my hands on it..

Am anyway running VISTA. Had downloaded HALO 2 long back. Installed and Completed 2 levels but found it not so intersting as HALO 1..... Thats why wanted to know. The game itself felt slightly sluggish. As for Quantum of Solace, I would much rather watch the movie before venturing into the game... I will check reviews of Fallout 3 before D/L'ing or buying it...

Quantum of solace released ??? I still remember playing James bond Night fire..in 2002 i guess.... having an external exam the next day and playing game the whole night

One question which lurks somewhere in my mind is this - How do you guys manage to download a 4-5 GB game!!?? I mean, how long does it take? Isn't it better to just go and purchase one (original or otherwise..*Ahem..*)??

My net connection, for one sucks. It takes ages to download even a 50-100mb file. Downloading a 5-7GB game (a typical size of today's game) is absolutely out of the question for me.

the last bond game that i played was from EA which was NIGHTFIRE.that was in some 2000s.now quantam of solace uses the same COD4 engine but a revamped one for this particular game.and its a big waiting list in current.it was released today only.currently it has only 1 seeder and some 629 leechers.after some days you will see it in the top 100 list.a sign to visit the mecca.

Yup, listening - loud and clear! But, I don't see the reviews posted yet, either on Gamespot, Gamespy or IGN. I guess, we need to wait for sometime (may be a couple of days, probably?) for the reviewers to post their share of reviews...

Aryan.. Go for Airtel Broad Band + an unlimited package. The 3.7 gb FC2 took 1day 7hrs continously for me to download. Which is decent enough i feel.

I have a 256 kbps always-on Airtel broadband. So use it to download for a week or so. Agreed that it is lot easier and cheaper to buy it from the mecca. But the mecca at Chennai sucks man.. Not all games reach here quickly, so by the time i download (a week to 15 days with downloading only at nights on weekdays and whole day on weekends), only then the guys at the mecca get the games..
