You seem to be a perfect commuter...
If you are not looking for style, then a HeroHonda Passion Pro is just for you.
If you want a little more, then you can go for a "Honda Shine".
And if you are Looking for some power commiting, then there is the YAMAHA Gladiator, though you have to compromise on the milage a bit.
I think,Gladiator suits your budget the best...

Hieeee........I think Honda Shine would be a nice option....good for city commuting....maintainence is also less.....and the bike gives a descent mileage of 60-65kmpl....plus you get a HONDA....but you will have to extend your budget a bit for that....

              Honda shine has 4 gears
              Stunner has 5
              Both have same engine.

And the price difference is also about 3K.

So why would anyone buy the shine?

Stunner can also be an option dude....But with stunner the budget would easily increase by 8k-10k........
The 3k difference you have quoted is the price difference between SHINE & STUNNER.....In 55k budget by adding another 3k...do we get a STUNNER???
