Hi friends,

I want to buy a bike for personal use. Currently, I am using LML Vespa Spl. It is Nov 1999 model and still running great, great pickup, no problem starting in cold season with use of choke in single kick. I will not be selling this. I still love this machine.

I will be using the bike for long run, i.e., I am going to buy once and will use it for its full life of 15 years.

Budget: Rs. 50,000 +/- 10%.

My vitals are height 5 feet 5 inches, weight 80 kg, age 33.

I want a bike mainly to ride in Chandigarh city daily total about 10 Kms only.

I have considered and 2 bikes in mind.
1. Bajaj Discover 150
2. Honda CB Shine

First, I was considering Honda CB Shine but after reading its problems in another forum, I am concerned about reliability and maintenance cost. A friend of mine is selling a Honda Shine without self start 3 years old at Rs 28,000. Should i go with this?

Generally, I like bikes with good pickup, good breaking, and should have comfortable seats.

Dear friends please pour in your advise which one I should go or there is any other better bikes available in the market?
