I am trying to make my mind between A180 & P220. Have not riden P220 yet. Would do so soon. After ridding A180, a confusion has got into me.

      What to do???????????????
Seems like you are already inclined towards A180.Look no further,go for it.Vibrations creep in between 4.5k-5.5k, after that its 'smooth'.The bike handles well in traffic and is easily flickable.
And better go for the ABS version which TVS had launched recently.

A motorcycle functions entirely in accordance with the laws of reason, and a study of the art of motorcycle maintenance is really a miniature study of the art of rationality itself.

        Try P220 for once!

Obviously, I would go for a test ride of P220 as well. I also like the bike for its suprem power but reliability becomes an issue. Also I cannot run into 30 km away PBK for every small niggle.

isn't 4-5k rpm the ideal speed for maximum fuel efficiency? Just a thought.

Since you said that you want to keep the bike till the end of the world, i strongly suggest you to extend your budget by 15k and buy R15. It will give 35+ whichever way you ride it(rip it to the limit), and it will get better with time.
