  • What could be right bike for me

Hi Friends, Sold of my Pulsar 220 Dts-fi after 32000 km, and now I need a bike to communicate daily Am considering the following bikes please let me know what would be best.

    My Priorities

    1) Should be easy to use in City and low on maintenance

    2) Should give me always 40+ milage

    3) good riding quality

    4) Good pillion comfort

I have narrowed down Honda Unicorn, but it has a long waiting period of 30 days Dazler is readily available but I heard it's not that comfortable for two.

    Any other options guys ?

ps- Don ask me to take a 220 or Karizma/ zmr etc

I don't know about the mileage but otherwise all your needs can be satisfied by "Avenger"

There is nothing more comfortable bike for rider and pillion than a cruiser like Avenger

Give TVS a chance this time, TVS apache RTR 180 or the ABS version if you need that.

c'mon man RTR doesn't fit his criteria.

lol what??? why not TVS XL

@Topic starter: Gs150R would be best if you can handle its size and weight in city traffic. You've been riding 220 so that should't be a problem.

On the alternatives try hunk and CBZ Xtreme. If you are looking for something cheaper try the Yamaha SZ series or Discover150 (these two are most comfortable and best in mileage department)

I feel 30 days is worth the wait!!!

GO for unicorn....its a fab bike.I also have one, till now it has clocked 27000 kms and seriously it is giving a better pickup than the new one and a mileage of 47 km/Lt(that's what i recorded last time) and yes i never kick start it and till now its battery is untouched.

Sir,Why not a scooter? It will be the easiest to use on city streets, comfort for both the riders and very less maintainance is required to keep it running. If driven sanely, you will definitely get a fuel economy of more than 40 Km/L and you will not miss out on the fun factor as almost all the scooters have good acceleration.
Do TD all of them and list should have:-
                    1)Honda Dio(my current ride)
                    2)Honda activa(my earlier ride-actually my father's:P)
                    3)Access
                    4)wego
I've left out the Aviator because it might be tough to change from a youthful P220 to an Uncle'ish Aviator and M2wheelers for poor service network.
                    Hope this helps.
                    Regards,

apart from Unicorn you can go for HH Hunk, GS150r, cbz xtreme, SZ & you can also have a look at Twister which might not be as comfortable as 150cc bikes but you can rely on it..it'll be good in city condition & it'll return you better FE then others..
