CBZ Xtreme Vs. Pulsar 150/180 Vs. FZ S

i am in a great confusion in making a decision regarding my new bike.
my budget is 85000 on road to the maximum. i am 6' tall and lean.
what i want is a bike with high reliability, handling mileage and pick up. now i have a ct100 which lacks power. (mileage not below 40)
I have shortlisted the above bikes after long researches for about 4 months. Please help me out with this friends... Thank you...
