Scooter for Dad

I want to give a Scooter to My dad,Presently he is riding Old LML Vespa but as new LML is in market with four and two stroke scooters ,One more option is Honda Eterno,Please advise me the which will be the best in terms of mileage , maintenance and overall.As he don't like gear less scooters so no Gearless. Please advice
