Bajaj pulsar 180 or HH CBZ Xtreme

Guys please help me i am in a confusion for taking a new bike. I like pulsar 180 Dtsi. today i just went to a heroHonda showroom and saw New CBZ Xtreme. Now i am confused between two so please help me.
Milage=50+ kmpl needed
My riding speed= 50-60kmph
daily travel distance =20-60km ( only some times in a week 100km+)
