Best bike within 200CC

I'm planning to buy a new bike, please suggest me which bike to buy
My preferences and budget is given below

And I'm not interested in R15 (due to mileage) and pulsar (since every 5 out of 10 bikes is a pulsar). I'm attracted towards Apache RTR 180 ABS,
but am not sure about the mileage as I'm getting mixed responses. It would be really great if you guys could share you're knowledge and experience with me, to get a new bike

- should be with in 150cc to 200cc
- Should give a mileage of at least 40KMPL
