according to me pulsar 200 ns suits your need most.more than enough power and torque for city riding, being naked it will be flickable ,bajaj spares are cheap, bajaj claimed mileage figure is also great, considering bajaj's collaboration with ktm, they must have learned how to make long-lasting reliable bikes.that's all i have to say,now it's upto you what do you choose.
and the question remains why do i race?
every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

#i have learnt to manipulate my own adrenaline and the perception of biking is different.
      #overkill is underrated.
#how random roads may appear there is always a destination.sigpic
#i don't subscribe to co-incidence,either it is the rider or the other moron on the road

(:)people keeps on saying add spark to life, bajaj got hold of that idea and added an extra spark to bike.

simply for city riding, duke is better with better handling and compact dimensions....duke also has a loud growling sound.....the engine is also quite good and vibe free..

c350 is an excellent bike and is more suited to highways than to city driving...

re bikes have a bad record of small niggles like oil leakage and rattling noise, vibrations etc cropping up ....other than that re bikes are bulletproof(literally)...
if you can maintain the RE ,it may last a lifetime, i have seen RE's about 30 yrs old still running like new....

ktm has a good rep and in duke 200 quality is not the issue but spare parts availabilty and service might be the issue...

imo, talk to a ktm owner in ownership thread and td both bikes and buy the one that suits you>>

If I had the classic 350 I would never exchange it for the duke 200. if I had the duke, I might or might not exchange it for the classic.
but since (in your situation) we have none in hand right now, I would recommend to choose the one which suites your riding style.
Personally Duke 200 satisfies me for a "city bike" more than the Classic 350
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

Being a classic 350 owner I would suggest you C350... its the best bike on indian roads.... its all upto you and your built.. if you like boyish bikes and have a sporty feel then go for duke.. if you want to ride a manly bike with pride then go for classic...

Personaly I would have never purchased a plastic bike over my real iron bike of 180 kgs but that could be due to my built...

So choose a bike that suits your build, style and preferences... start by giving marks to both the bikes in each catagery and thus choose the highest scorer

Or better toss a coin and when the coin is in air your heart will wish for one of the side/bike to win.. just choose that bike.....

For a city ride, look no further than Duke 200. The C350 may be a good bike, but within city nothing comes close to Duke 200. If you have a pillion, then take a look at P200NS, otherwise it's Duke 200 all the way.

Guys pls see the date before you reply. Its an old thread and TS is lost somewhere. So pls reply for helping and not for the sake of replying or promoting a bike.

There is no question of doubt here: If its for a single rider and that too only for city the Duke is the bike.

Enfield are only good for highways with lots of luggage and might be also with a pillion.
