  • The 250cc Starter Bike

Hey friends I am currently in a very troubling situation..There are these great 250cc bikes out here in the US and they are all very similar to each other and have the same purpose. I need a good commuter bike which takes me from place A to place B without going to the pump every week. The bikes that I have been looking at are the Kawasaki Ninja 250r, Honda Cbr250, and the Hyosung gt250r. These bikes are great and insurance is cheap too, but the problem is that it is so hard to choose which one is the best out of the 3. Hyosung has a 2yr warranty which strikes me the most cause I plan on upgrading to like a yamaha fz8 or a ducati hypermotard or some awesome naked bike =P its such a tough decision but I know that every member on xbhp knows their bikes and would give me their best choice and advice!

    Thanks,
    Ride safe

Go for the Kawasaki or the hyosung. If you dnt mind a secondhand den get a cbr 250RR it kicks both the ninja and the hyosungs a**
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, 'Wow! What a Ride!' -Hunter S. Thompson

Kawasaki 250R. Worlds best 250cc bike. We buy much more the price of CBR250R. If you get it at almost the same price, ZX-250R would be the best buy.
        Whats there in a signature?

for lesser visit to the pumps choose cbr.

for head-turning performance choose green beast.

for big bike feeling choose hyosung.

my 2 cents koreans don't come near to the japs in terms of reliability,so choose between cbr and ninja.now for point a to b running i would choose cbr.

p.s.=ninja sold in us is carbed version right?
and the question remains why do i race?
every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

#i have learnt to manipulate my own adrenaline and the perception of biking is different.
          #overkill is underrated.
#how random roads may appear there is always a destination.sigpic
#i don't subscribe to co-incidence,either it is the rider or the other moron on the road

(:)people keeps on saying add spark to life, bajaj got hold of that idea and added an extra spark to bike.

carbed it is with a tag of $400 more than the cbr.

My suggestion, pick up the cbr. Its your best bed.
