upright position is bad for spine of rider?? that means you wanna say more sportier position will be better for rider's spine?? is it so??

Good cycling posture is very different from good posture while sitting on a chair or standing.

When you sit in a chair, upright position is good but for a bike, there is something called as cycling posture. I am a person having back pain and i cannot ride normal bikes for hours. i had a CBZ and i cannot ride more than 1hr. but now on my CBR i can ride for hours without pain. the reason is i am not sitting up right on CBR. My body weight is distributed between mt back and arms and not completely taken by my lower back.

if you google, you can learn about cycling posture. the only problem is how to see road when you ride in cycling position. normally people tent to lift their head which again causes backpain. they are suppose to role their eye and look straight without lifting their head.

Give it a shot and you will see the difference.

Hope this answers you question. And Honda bikes are known for its comfort in the international market. even if you remember the initial post about CBR they had a Dummy sitting on CBR photo showing rider position.

here is a guy who talks about what i was saying. may be that explains much better. http://www.stromtrooper.com/dl650-20...g-postion.html i just searched and got it for you..
