Is this model still running ??? I havent seen this bike before , just came to know while browsing. If this is still running . how is it performing??

@imran , Bro while referring to my friends. i came to know that the customer service is poor. i mean sometimes they dont sort out the problem , just clean up the bike and give away . bcoz i personnaly had some of these problems when i had centra . The TVS guys would just do some cleaning and dusting and thats it , if we arent carefull they would fool us. I dont know about the HONDA guys , but having listening this from few people , am in a fix.!!

Flame is still in the market and though its not a huge success from TVS but definitely not a failure as well, just like Honda's Dazzler its a decent bike

Talking about the customer service, be it Honda, Yamaha, Bajaj, Hero or TVS its gonna be more or less same story everywhere throughout India. We see people complaining about service of almost every brand. Service centers of these brands does not have enough skilled mechanics to work on today's bike. They have open a service center just for business. Hiring a skilled worker is gonna cost them so they hire inexperienced guys who are in learning phase and ready to work cheap.
I mean if some one is skilled enough then why would he work in the service center for some cheap salary, he would better open his on repairing station.

Most of the time what they do is change oil, tight breaks and do some tweaks to the clutch. Owner feels like something is different with my bike when he start the bike and thinks that bike is serviced (he are satisfied ).
So most of the time you are in a fix

I myself have horrible experience from past 3 years with Yamaha service guys and before that TVS people gave similar treatment to my Victor. Thank god Victor was a good product in itself and I started taking service from a mechanic of my trust, it survived really well all these years.
Currently I own the R15 and there are not many mechanics outside who knows how to treat this bike, I have no choice but to beg my dealers service center. I tried another other YAMAHA service center though, but no different experience.
Worst and most nonsense thing I ever experienced when I asked them to replace the headlight assembly and these guys forgot to put bulbs inside the assembly, I was speachless...

In some cases you will find representatives very gentle and they will listen all your problems and assure you that your bike is gonna be flawless after the service. But behind the scene someone else is going t work on your bike and your bikes health is in that someone else's hand.

So its better get your free servicing done from the dealers service center and stick to a mechanic of your trust afterwords. Small things like lubricating /tightning the chain, cleaning filters, tightening breaks you should be able to do on your own

Find out if there is a factory showroom of the Bike manufacturer you have decided to go far in your area, they are little bit better in servicing because they directly belong to the company...
    I believe I can fly...

You forgot to add Royal ENFIELD guys... yesterday I had first service of my Bullet Classic and mind you the machenic did the service in 15 mins.. I was surpriced.. all he did was changing Engine oil, changing filter, tightning clutch abd break and lubericating the chain and here and there.. but I guess there was not much to do either too...
