Good 150cc bike for signal race

hi guys, today i sold my discover 135cc bike. i love its pickup n speed. i am city rider, i ride highways occassionaly.
Now i want a power upgrade, to enter to 150cc band.
i m slim, weight 60kg, height 5'6.

Please suggest me a bike for signal race.
what about yamaha szr, will i enjoy any difference than discover 135cc.
i hope i can afford following bikes
yamaha szr / Hunk / cbz / rtr 160.
