Sunil, take somen's advice. Don't buy either.

In my opinion, a family person NEVER needs a 200 cc engine. Have you thought if your pillion riders and 3 year kids can stay on the bike with the acceleration and braking that come with these bikes???

Agreed that you would be solo 80% of the time. Even then, you are no longer a college kid right, to make those high speed maneuvers and chases!! You have a responsibility to go back home every day in a single piece.

They say that while in college, we look for power from our rides. And after marriage, we look for reliability and after a kid, we look for mileage. And if you have plenty of money with you, then why not buy a scooter for your spouse, it will serve many purposes!!!

So, I ask you, why do you need so much power when a 150 cc can easily meet your needs comfortably?

The above 2 responses remind me of this ad:

Bajaj Discover 125 'Chalta Nahin, Daudta Hai' TV Commercial - YouTube

Anyways, Please stick to 200NS if you have usage with family in mind. Among the 2, the 200NS has better pillion accomodations.
Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

Point noted. I am out of line in my advise. I've got no business discouraging someone.

But what made me post was that his needs seem to belong in commuter class where as his wants seem to be in performance class.

There was nothing discouraging, it was an open view! May be eligible or not!

TS: When you think 20% usage is not to be bothered, Then let me tell you one thing, whether it's a NS or Duke pillion witha kid won't be comfortable ever. It will always be other way round. As you will be touring or not, if yes then too i guess it would be less KMs, which won't matter in 20% range of usage.

Duke is the best from both, all new tech and features. Looks are awesome, Handling/braking is being compare to R15, so Duke speed and it's handling will be anytime bonus in all sectors!!This is solely keeping your 80% of usage.

Will this bike be for Speed/Power??
Or it's buying big? More is never a bad option.
