  • Going for p150. Need some help( Is P150 complete grey in production??),

I'm all set to take a new bike next month .I almost finalized p135
But I saw a complete gray p150 yesterday and it really caught my eye.I really liked that color
I've inquired a couple of bajaj showrooms and they confirmed that no grey color in production
As you all know only 3 colors are available and except complete black ,the blue-black and red-black decals looks ugly ( atleast for me ).Complete black is too common on streets

So what do I have to do to get p150 in grey??

Can I repaint and get the exact glossy finish as the stock grey?? How much will it cost for repaint ?

Please please help me in this as I 'm taking in next two weeks
If you ride like there's no tomorrow there won't be.

Hi mate, I'm from Delhi. I recently bought my first bike P150 (black)..in fact, as recently as 16th Aug

Like you said, the grey color really catches the eye. Unfortunately, they stopped making it in grey. I would have gone for complete blue, but again unfortunately they have stopped that too...now all of them are coming in Blue-Black, Red-Black stickers(ugh!!) in the rear part.

I also had it in my mind that P150 is too common, let alone black color. But mate, I'd vouch it anytime that it STILL stands out as more macho-er than the other 150 variants

grey is out of production,if you repaint the bike you have to get the info about colour changed on your rc book,it is not worth the effort in painting the bike grey, what's wrong with 135?
and the question remains why do i race?
every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

#i have learnt to manipulate my own adrenaline and the perception of biking is different.
          #overkill is underrated.
#how random roads may appear there is always a destination.sigpic
#i don't subscribe to co-incidence,either it is the rider or the other moron on the road

(:)people keeps on saying add spark to life, bajaj got hold of that idea and added an extra spark to bike.

Everything is cool in 135 except I have few doubts bro

How does the bike performs on highways .And how good is the pillion comfort during long stretches ?? [say a 3-4 hrs stretch]
Another reason that is backing me off is the pillion seat is a bit high for my mother to sit. Does elders feel comfortable on 135 compared to 150??

              please help me here

i had a ride few days back of 547 km in 6.5 hrs on highway, you can cruise around speed of 80kmph all day without stressing the engine.forget me i am chota mota rider.
do you know nin,he has completed a saddlesore on it.
i ride often with my mother ,she doesn't complain about the height,i suggest you to add extra layer of foam in the seats to enhance comfort.
and the question remains why do i race?

When you find P150 common, don't you think P135 is also common?? I see many P135 in Mumbai??
Don't you think P135 and P150 pillion seat are very much same height, infact P150 will be at higher side??

If you are not a mileage freak and need a comfortable cruiser with pillion seat why not a FZ ??It will more costlier then P50. But it's nice apart from mileage.

P135 has great mileage and very similar performance of a P150.

Really ?? I don't know p150 is higher than p135. may be its because of the room under the rear seat.

Don't you think fz is highly uncomfortable for women pillions who sit in traditional seating (sideways) ?

no buddy 135 has a higher pillion seat. all pulsars are common yet unique like r15 s are common but each one is special.
fz lacks the punch at high speed, although very high on comfort factor.
