If you are really open for suggestion then please test ride NS200 and see. It is best for a person with 6' ft tall and it's good with pillion. It has mileage of 35-45kmpl based on riding style.
Bajaj wide spread SVC along with nominal prices of spare parts. It has Dual DIsc, Liquid Cool Engine, mono suspension in rear, 200cc engine with triple spark tech, Bike is good for tour with a pillion and has a comfortable riding position.
If you don't like Bajaj then only I would suggest RE electra.
BTW can you please let us know your requirements like:
1. Is it a daily ride or occasional/ weekend one ?
2. is it for city or highway or mix ?
3. Budget
4. Mileage upto ?

Comfort and Family Friendly don't go hand in hand with FZ or Fazer. RTR is OK but not so good. You need some bike with 'Flat' seat and non-sporty riding position to achieve Comfort for Family,Originally posted by rahul2880 View PostI sold my RE Thunderbird Twin-spark 2011 model yesterday. The reason i sold my Thunderbird because of Royal Enfield quality issues. Engine head was changed within warranty because of manufacturing defect, wiring was defective but not changed because mechanic at service center was telling "sir wiring mein kuch gadbad hai"
but no strong reason what does he mean by gadbad nor any so called bullet mechanics were able to tell me, starter relay was changed 2 times god only knows why it was not working again nobody was able to give me any answer and lastly chrome from front rim was peeling off.
Now due to all this eventhough RE electra is suitable for me but it is very difficult to convince my wife that what i got was a defective piece from RE but the Electra won't give me such trouble.

Consider p220.Many guys like you(married, heavy, tall) buy 220 nowadays.People who loved bullet, had to sell it due to issues, mileage etc. tend to settle for 220 as the next best thing. In 200ns it will be a different style if riding, and I think you might miss torque and hate it.Go for bullet again,if you loved your bullet even with all the issues,i won't advice that!"Vibes transmitted from crank shaft to frame, then through the bearings of the head stock and into the stem where it meets the triple clamp and into the clip-ons where it is greeted with great pleasure by my hands"-ratfighter mod rtr
