Hi sandeep, here is the link which i saw the red n black version in an official honda web site : 2013 CBR250R Colors - Honda Powersports

Even i tried to speak honda officials through phone no's given in website. Rajasthan& haryana ppl not even picking the calls, Banglore recieved the call but no information. Vyzag show room ppl told me to wait till june for red& black colour...but not sure.

CBR250R is a more relaxed tourer.

But it all depends upon personal preferences.

My mind sometimes jumps towards the hooligan, Duke 200....

That too has its 2013 version coming with ABS.... not sure when in india.. or even if it will come or not..

Right now, I am waiting till my patience permits me.

Well when you run out of that patience, go and book the Duke

Initially I too was going for the cbr but all the waiting and servicing issues inclined me towards the Duke. The best part was I took the bike home the same day the payment was made

Thanks. Well the servicing issues were not a big downer as was the attitude of the sales personnel. They told me that I couldn't get the tri colour c-abs one and have to go with non abs ones. Also the delivery period quoted was around 2 months. It just didn't seem right the way they treat you even when you are interested in buying a close to 2lakhs bike. A few of my friends have had issues getting certain parts of fairing and all, for months. I think now the the scene is not that bad. Have you had a test ride of the Duke 200? If not then please do it ASAP

Ya... hope the situation has improved now!!
I had a 500 meters test ride of Duke.... I fell for it!!! It seems like you are on a catapult ready to be unleashed!!

But its not as comfy as the CBR250R....especially if you have a pillion at some times..... and CBR250R also performs very wonderfully....and is more stable (fairing), faster, safer (C-ABS). But is lower in fuel efficiency.

Overall I find her made for me.

The catapult part is so true.

. The duke's always ready to take off with a loud grunt. However the seats are not as comfy as the CBR250R. Pillion comfort is not an issue for me as I'm more of a solo rider. The brakes of Duke are really good. Though they don't have abs but still have quite the punch. Don't let fuel economy spoil the fun of your bike. Power and fuel economy don't always come in a single package. Happy that you have no second thoughts about your choice.

Ya you can choose FE or Power. I chose power and hence CBR250R and Duke.
I wish to go on long trips and still retain my ass and backbone in shape

Here in Kolkata the new colors are already reached. Going to book one tomorrow but not sure whether I will choose new color or stick to old schemes. Will give update tomorrow.

In Kolkata showrooms 2013 Red & Tri color is already reached only black and repsol are yet to come by next week or so.

I too had a glance of 2013 CBR 250, it seems the headlight fairing size has been reduced and it now looks more like a CBR150, from the front. The Red one was looking awesome.
