  • Bike with Dual Channel ABS for middle age person

As safety first, I wanted my father to buy a bike with dual channel ABS. He doesn't like the posture of the certain bikes, and cares about pillion comfort. For example, He liked Honda Unicorn but not XBlade. He currently rides 150 cc year: 2005 Pulsar

He doesn't have any commute, but uses the bike for errands around the town. We're looking for something less than 1.5 Lac /150k and don't really worry about fuel economy.

Probably the cheapest with dual channel would be Apache 200 and it's not comfortable for pillion. And it would cost more than your budget.
For running errands, better go with scooter instead. Again 150+cc comes ABS and don't think any comes with dual channel.
