    Hi Bikers,

Its going to be long post, please take time to read

First, little background. I have been riding bike since by college days, started from my dad's Bajaj Chetak Scooter, then Discover 150 and in 2013 i bought Avenger220 Blue. which i bought with lot of love. At that time didn't even bother looking into any other bikes as I completely smitten by Avy looks. After owning for nearly a decade here are few pros and cons
    Pros:
    1. Looks, even today it is one of the best looking cruiser
    2. Power, Torque band has been distributed well across RPMs, so its easy to pull from any gear.

    Cons,
    1. Brakes, Back brake is there only for show purpose. it never really stopped the bike.
    2. Tires, which are ready to lose traction whenever it gets chance
    3. Vibration, Bike start vibration from everywhere after it crosses 85-86
    4. Bad back suspension, Where front suspension is perfect, back suspension is very bad. i'm not able to conclude whether its hard OR soft, but it bounces even at small undulations.

Now, come to the requirement part. Below are my list of requirements.
    1. Suspension should be supple enough to handle bad city (Bangalore) roads
    2. Should be able to cruise all day between 90-100 with least vibration
    3. Dual channel ABS
    4. Should be relatively comfortable for pillion also (Wifey loves long seat and backrest of avenger)

    Bikes considered.
    1. Dominor 250: Its kind of obvious choice, but i'm not sure about size and weight of this bike for city usage
    2. RE Hunter 350: Liked everything about this bike except suspension, i felt its very stiff
    3. TVS Ronin: I like everything about this bike, somehow not able to convince myself about its styling
    4. Honda CB200X: This love at first sight, didnt test drive it yet, But i think its slower than my Avy and didnt have dual channel ABS

Let me know what you guys think, also suggest any other bike i should consider other than in the list. Thanks in advance

    -Girish

I'd suggest you to look for Suzuki V Strom 250, KTM Adv 250 as well. Cause both the bikes fulfil the criteria mentioned by you. KTM is kind of costlier than Suzuki though.

Did you testdrive the suzuki gixxer 250 (naked version).

It would mostly tick your priorities.
