Now that you have tried practically everything, once again, I will send you the Discover way. Don't commit the same mistake you did when you got the Passion. Pick one of the 4-valve Discovers. Both are No frills but honest motorcycles which deliver what they promise; at least take test rides. As an added benefit, they do have one of the better seats in the segment. If your usage is high, get the 100T, its as powerful as majority of the 125s but with much better economy.

If you want, you can also opt for the 125ST, go through the ownership thread and you would realize that most people are getting anywhere in the vicinity of 55-65kmpl. Thats much better than what the SZ manages.
Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

What about the 100T? That should offer much better overall value considering total cost of ownership.

This post by one members say about his experience of stunner and ignitor.... Keep these points in mind and verify them while test driving both bikes.

Otherwise, both stunner and ignitor are exactly same. One more thing there was RUMOUR that ignitor might go out of production. Now this may or may not happen.... one thing is for sure that these days ignitor selling very well atleast in our area. But once model stops, its resale get affected badly.

But resale value will not matter much if one wants to keep bike for longer term......

Twister nice for tall people and it doesn't care any load as it has plenty of torque with very good FE. But if you want to travel long distance you have to take longer test ride before you decide. The seating position will not comfortable for some people like me.

                        Yes here I am...to help a friend !!

Man, you seriously need to test drive twister to see if it will be comfortable for your height ( I am around 5' 8'' and I do not have any issues with bike ergonomics) . You can also put query in ownership thread of Twister, if there is twister owner with height nearing you....he can guide you best.

What I can tell you is....there are NIL vibrations till speed of 60 KMPH( Above this I have not taken my twister so cannot comment). Vibration less ride makes it very comfortable to ride around in city.

Both Stunner and ignitor are good bikes but both bikes tends to vibrate after 65-70kmph(personally experienced) and as far as mileage is concerned dont expect something over 52-53. According to me you should go with glamour which will give 58-60kmpl but its top speed is less in comparison to ignitor and stunner. Dont even think about shine because its a very small bike and that is why it will not suit you. Twister is also a good option, take a test ride and do click a picture with it so that we can give our votes.....
6 feeter on twister...?? no comments...
Picture is must, only then I'll be able to give my views...

A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith and use up a lot of fuel....

6" = 6 inches , you're above 6.1 cm = around two and a half inches and weigh approx 98kg, that seems like a whole lot of weight to be packing for someone who's ankle high, before I suggest a bike, i have two questions, one how long are your legs and two how wide are you? really confused based on you diminutive height........just asking
Beware of Bread, don't say I didn't warn you!
More than 98 percent of convicted criminals are bread eaters !
Statistics show that more than 75 % of violent crimes are committed within 24 hours of eating bread !
Bread is known to be extremely addictive. Subjects deprived of bread and given only water, actually begged for bread after just two days !
Bread has been proven to kill. Scientists have now uncovered alarming evidence that 100% of the people who eat bread will eventually die !

For your height and weight you already have a wonderful machine. The low mileage is due to your weight. If you buy any lesser CC bike for your FE need
again the FE drop will be significant in small bikes due to your weight. Leave all the confusion aside and just start to love your SZ. If you think service cost high, don't go to A.S.C. find some good local mechanic.

Buy a Hero Glamour, my sister's boyfriend is 6 feet and weights around 100 kilo and has been riding one for years without any problem. Pulling power is good, back when I was around 84 kilo, he and I used to go together to town and even then the bike easily reached 60KMPH from standstill. Got around 55 KMPL when riding with pillion in city condition.
                                I am back!
