^^ Congrats on your acquisition. You can always tweak the ergonomics a bit to suit your riding style.
Now, parts & finish of CBR needs little more maintenance; 'guess Honda did a bit of cost-cutting in this dept.

I took delivery of this used CBR250 black and had it in my parking for almost 2 days (blame work hrs). I took the 'baby' out on Saturday to workshop to get a few minor things fixed to my linking. All hell broke lose on my first traffic signal - a Toyota Corolla rammed me from behind. Both of us were waiting for the signal...somehow this idiotic driver kept looking at some 'pretty young thing' and accelerated straight onto me. The bike fell on its left and I regained balance and stood beside it. On closer observation, only a bent clutch lever and a few scratches on the silencer guard - of course bent pride of dropping the bike. As usual, some verbal exchange in the middle of a traffic hold up even with the traffic cop (who saw everything) didn't even bother to pay any attention... To my surprise, the Toyota's whole front bumper was ripped to shreds baring the headlights. so, now we all know..Honda Vs Toyota battle...who wins based on build quality

Had this been a brand new CBR250 (any bike), I would have been devastated... some more comfort on having bought a pre-owned bike in a world filled with idiots (with driving licenses)

First of all, congrats!!
It is a pity that traffic sense is same as nil for most of the billion people residing in this country. Going by your description, I hope your baby is doing fine compared to the Toyota. No biased feelings but in a situation like this, I would have been more happy to see more damage on the car. Anyways, be careful bro! Its not uncommon to find riders/drivers talkin' on phone, ogling at female assets (c'mon, there's a limit).
