Honda Cbr 250 will be best bike for this task..its comfortable and offers more top speed then the bikes you mentioned..

Looks like too many things being attempted at once- A faster bike doesn't imply a comfortable bike, try riding any or any easily available bike for a week for 2 hours continuously. It will give you an idea of what's in store, then comes bike reliability and safety gear, etc.
Plan, train and execute. It can be done.

btw, buying a brand new bike just for a single ride.... i am at a loss of words.
