CBR 150 R is a good rival for R15 but I still chose the YAMAHA. My reasons for not buying CBR150R are as follows:

1. indicators are same as on stunner.
2. there is no pass switch.
3. there is no engine kill switch.
4. the entire switch console is taken from stunner.
5. the quality of plastics is not as good as R15.
6. it is a few grands expensive.

I would suggest you to go the honda dealership and check on these points yourself.
do the same check on R15 and you'll see the difference.
I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.

R15 is equally potent in the traffic if not better. My travel times haven't reduced on R15 in city. Infact it cuts traffic much better. Its a myth which most Duke owners have including me when I did not ride a R15 in city. With either of them you wont be wrong. Both plaster a smile on your face.

My experience says Yamaha svc's are better than Honda. But then it could be area specific. I had plans of CBR250, but then shelved it after hearing not so good reviews about Honda SVC. It doesnt matter to a lot of people, but incase you wanted to be aware.

shaheen , Banglore traffic sucks. I would say a gearless would be better in this city. But among the two I would say Duke as R15 position hurts.

Thanks again guys for the comments. I'm still unable to make a decision. By reading the comments here, i think its better if i buy a R15. I'm new to Bangalore and the traffic here sucks big time. I'm from mahe(Kerala) and it's a charm to ride a bike there . Here there's a lot of scooters and i never considered buying gearless as it wont suit me and i personally dont like riding a gearless baby.hmmm.. i think i have made up ma mind. Will buy r15

U have to go with r15 due to its overall quality...only negative is seating position for both rider and pillion.

Ktm duke both 200and 390 have enine quality issue like oil leaking from side and from the head i have seen this .
