Well, if you have budget constraint, then go for FZS, else CBR150 would be the best bet for you out of the three options you placed. When you are riding an fzs and a cbr150 zooms ahead with its style and road presence, you may think, hell I should have gone for that !!! And though not in your list, you can check P200 NS also...best in the category of around 100K.

I'd suggest to go for FZ. I was riding a fz16 before I went in and purchased RE. The build and the riding comfort is excellent. Since the distance you travel isn't that much the mileage will not be a trouble. I wasn't very satisfied with the service (blame on Gurgaon dealership) but I'm sure its not going to be a trouble.
Go for FZ!!

And i forgot yo mention, i dont have any budget problem, i can go for a CBR 250 but its the mileage i m concerned about and moreover,bis it worthy buying it for my use?
