If you are going for abs it will not cost more in terms of maintenance.
Service will not get discontinued. Dont worry. The company will take care of service & spares for a period of 10 years since a model is discontinued( According to Gov. RULES.).
Regarding your battle between 150/250 go for that which you is more connected with you. And you said that you are not a tourer but will wander soon. Go Get the 250.
