Confused between Pulsar 200 (present) and New Pulsar 200

I am planning to buy a Pulsar 200 by end of March..But I am very much confused whether to go for the new upgrade or present one..I think that new one is having more power while present one has 18 ps.Will this make a lot of difference in daily riding? what exactly are the advantages of clip on handle bar if daily commuting is considered?.Please suggest me what to go for?

when you are ready to buy it there will be only one in the showrooms - the current one or an upgraded one. just buy which ever one is available. either way there is no competition to the P200
