    Topic Approved.

By a "fired bike", I'll consider you mean a "faired" bike?

Don't go for CBR 150R. Its an otherwise good bike, but it misses on some gadgetry and most importantly: It has a sporty riding position that will be painful on your wrists and back, at least for the first 2-4 days. Later, can't say.
If you're ok with it, then get it.

Instead of that, save a bit more and try going for a base model of CBR 250R.
Its faired, comfortable, and its a good (great?) choice for city and intercity both.

Pulsar AS200 is half faired, not full, but if that's ok to you, then you can consider it.

Pulsar RS200 is full faired, but I won't recommend it to you, as it has an aggressive riding position, like CBR150...

In other choices you can go for Suzuki Gixxer SF, Hero Karizma ZMR, etc. They're all safe and very good choices.
But, my suggestion would be CBR250, if you can afford it.
