Don't have any idea about Livo. But, test ride out Saluto. Weighs light, has low bhp for a 125cc resulting in relaxed engine. Mileage is also good. A very good city commuter. Managed to get feedback from 2 people so far.
Phoenix is another one worth consideration. Has attractive graphics and styling for your age.

Honda livo is 110cc, analogue Speedo and petrol meter, no rpm and trip meter, electric start, tubeless tyre, 4 speed butter smooth honda gear box, front 130mm disk front and rear drum (gives sharp brake), 111kg weight (will feel like feather), ARAI mileage 74kmpl ( nobody tested in real condition), 8.25 bhp at 7,500 rpm, 0.88 kgm torque at 5,500rpm (high torque at low rpm is best for bumper to bumper traffic). Priced at 66,803 INR. Rival is hero passion.

Consider honda shine if ur primary usage is city.... U will just love the bike.... The pick up of the bike from 0-40kph is amazing.... Even some 150cc fail to match the same... Just test ride it...

Get a 100cc it's more fun to ride within city limits, and even on the highways, I would any day suggest a Discover 100 as it was my trusty stallion for a period of 1 year when I used it to shuttle between Kollam and Bangalore, which us 660 to 750 kms depending on the route.

Bajaj has revived the CT100 so you may even consider that as it would be considerably cheaper.

Plus another upside of owning a Bajaj is that you would never face issue with finding parts as most bikes are from the same platform. And not to mention cheap spares and running costs.

TVS Phoenix is a good option too. Take a test drive of both Livo and Phoenix and decide.
