In Gurgaon, Ducati have one of the biggest service centres in Asia! That shows they are serious. But then no one can predict the future!

I live with in few kilometers from Gurgaon-Ducati. I have my eye on Monster 821, hence I have been going on weekends to the showroom mainly to talk to the Ducati owners. Since there are no/less online review of Monster/Ducati. These guys have all the nice words for the brand re-emerging in india. The thing that really intrigued me that suppose if you live in far flug area (Say Himachal/chandigarh) where there are no service centers or Ducati is not establised yet. Whenever there is a service due or any part that needs replacement, the Ducati folks will personally visit you at your place and will do the needful at no additional cost.

Service center here in GGN is awesome and the strength (in numbers) is growing faster than you think.

parts availability is great and usually sourcing a party takes about 5-7 Days tops.

Please let me know if anyone have any query, I can personally visit the showroom and ask them. probably get my 3rd test drive :-)
