• Which bike to choose with a budget of 5 lakhs?

Hi xBhpian's, I would like your suggestions on buying my third bike. I had owned an Apache RTR 160 Fi and then a Hero Karizma R.

I will be using the bike for daily commute of around 10kms and occasional drives of around 300km.

Requirements :
1. Good riding position

1. Reliability
2. Performance
3. Localized parts so that service won't be very expensive.
4. Should not be a single cylinder bike
5. Enough space for pillon rider
6. Max budget of5 lakh. Can't stretch more than that

Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Current hot cakes are
Ninja 300
Yamaha r3
Benelli tnt 300
Rc 390
And upcoming tornado 302

For reliabilityand plenty of aftermarket parts kawasaki ninja 300 is the best option
R3 would give you a new bike feel but you would like to consider ninja for a big bike feel.

Go through various ownership reviews of ninja,r3 and benelli for more insight

What's the style you like ... naked, faired, cruiser. But higher you go, the maintenance will be expensive and local parts will be difficult.

A non-single cylinder, 5 lakh budget new bike will place you in the 300cc twin segment..... Ninja300, R3, TNT300, Tornado 300(when it releases) or the Harley Street 750. Cannot comment on the used bike market....
When I'm on the road, I'm indestructible. No one can stop me... but they try.

Manuks - Do those 5L rupees include riding gear as well?
Sort that out first, calculate the remaining balance and buy whatever! 😊
