    Query Approved

Honda have brought back the Unicorn 150 and there is the 160 as well. Bikes which are not too loud, since that is what i have understood from your post.
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Give your details here if you want to help your fellow xBhpian stranded in your city

For your budget and requirements, the Honda Unicorn 150 or 160 will meet all your requirements. Both of the bikes have really smooth and robust engines, Honda reliability and look grown up. They would suit you best. Take test rides of both and choose what suits you the best.

And while you are at the showroom, check out the new Hornet too, It is a bit more show off, but not too much. A fresh new design and new look never hurts.
I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.

Re: 1st BIKE of my life, help me to choose under Rs.90,000

I'd suggest you a lightweight bike with a displacement capacity between 110-125cc. In that segment there are several good bikes. Like Saluto(lightest 125cc), Hayate(new version launched recently) and Livo to name a few. Believe me, you'll find it difficult to negotiate a bike weighing 130-140 kg.s in stop and go traffic. Also, the fe is bound to suffer in case of a 150cc. All these bikes are capable enough for 150-200 km rides in the weekend as well.
But still if you want to go for a 150cc, Hornet, SZ-RR and Xtreme are safe bets for their engines, refinement and comfort level.
Take your own sweet time and decide.
A bike on the road is worth two in the shed.

Re: 1st BIKE of my life, help me to choose under Rs.90,000

I see that you yourself are not sure about what kinda bike you want - Victor and Hornet on the same list??? Research and narrow down that first.

As you already know, you really gonna appreciate Wego once you buy this bike.

I agree with Krishna about FE. I am riding an 110cc bike, even 110cc don't give 60kmpl in heavy traffic condition. Sometimes I just get around 45kmpl. So I don't think any 150cc bike would give such FE.

BTW, Gixxer is not faired. If you think it's aggressively styled, then Hornet should be on the same list.

Krishna, Don't you think Phoenix is better than Livo? After all they are priced the same.

Phoenix is definitely a good bike but the engine of Livo is more refined imo(though 15cc less).

Since you have track usage in your post, I would suggest you Apache 160, 180, 180 with abs or, Apache 200 4v which are all great bikes but if it's too much for you. I did suggest you with a style oriented bikes such as Bajaj V15 (April 2016 in showrooms) It's a good bike with enough juice and high torque for stop and rolls and looks are killer for that bike and would fit your needs.

other then that, there is Gixxer naked only thing is it has a big tank which you dont like i assume.

There is the TVS phoenix, a more muscular TVS Jupiter scooter, If you wait a bit by april there is Honda Navi launching which has killer looks.

Hope i helped clear some air. Enjoy

                      Yamaha FZ-FI.

Would be the most fuel efficient 150cc bike and the most refined too thanks to the Fuel Injection.

Tvs Victor is a very nice VFM bike with overall everything a communicator bike needs. But there is always the bike from Mahindra Centuro which has good reviews and amazing VFM more over it's feature rich and has a rugged engine that lasts, check out the reviews of longterm ownership of it.

Pricing info available for TVS Victor and priced more than what they said when launched about a month back. I didn't expect that.
Is this something to do with yesterday's budget?

OTR Tamilnadu would be around 60k for drum variant which is 6k more than City +
Mahindra Centuro Disc variant is cheaper than Victor Drum variant.
