  • Considering a z800 for weekends rides and short commutes

Hello all, the forum has been very helpful for quite some time now. This is my first thread started as a member. I've been wanting a middleweight for about 5years now and i feel this is the right moment. The options i considered were:
    Benelli TNT 600i
    CBR650F
    Street Triple
    Z800
I was sticking toward the TNT but however changed my mind for some reason. The CBR has good fairing and seating comfort but my mind leaned over the Z800 comparing the pricetag and its capability. My usage are for daily commutes and occasional touring. Touring would not exceed 250km roundtrips The street triple has a weight advantage but never had a test ride of it. I'm a 5'10" guy with a prolonged taste for automotives, at first when i rode the z800, I was surprised to see that it felt lighter than the TNT600 although both weigh the same on papers. My only concern is, the riding fatigue and maintenance expense. Since the bike comes as a CBU, owners please share your experiences on long ride comforts, reliability, service frequencies & expenses. Have you ever felt regret getting this machinery over the years? Have heard all the positives about this bike and is tempting as it is, on the other side please share your critics
