It is very difficult to comment on which used bike to buy. Since we do not know the condition of either bike. The prices appear too low, at least to me!

Could you throw some light on the condition of the bikes. And a few pictures of the bikes as well if you have any.

Brother, as Monk sir said, the prices appear too low for the bikes. 2013 Karizma at 25k is really cheap. There must be something really wrong with the bike. Same goers for R15 20k kms is nothing for a Yamaha engine, its practically brand new, if taken care of. So certainly there is something fishy. Get the bikes checked from your trusted mechanics. Inspect everything from service history to bills to visual clues. Take your sweet time to make sure you are not buying a lemon and if everything is satisfactory, then only make a deal. Choose wisely.

If you choose to buy a used vehicle, take a look at couple more bikes. Take a test ride of each of them if possible with a trusted mechanic, ask for the service records and look for joints at the panels. In Karizma that's the panel joints are the ones which crack first in an accident.
Even I believe Rs 25000 is very cheap for a 2013 model. I paid Rs 55000 for a 2011 model. Yes, I paid a little more but it was as good as brand new and the previous owner has maintained the bike very well.
