Pillion comfort... Both the hornet n rtr will provide. The thing going for hornet is its new and the look is much better than rtr. So I'd vote for the hornet.

All 3 of your shortlisted bikes are from different categories.
RTR is a naked street bike and will be easy to ride around in city. Good acceleration and power. All in all fun to ride.
Hornet is more of a power commuter, smooth engine, good looks, comfortable for both rider and pillion. Good for commuting, ABS is missing.
CBR250R is the daddy of the tourers, can do triple digit speeds all day long, good engine, reliable, but might be difficult to ride around in daily stop and go traffic and jams.

So, find out what re you going to use the bike most of the time, then take test rides for all your shortlisted bikes, then make a wise and informed decision that ticks all the boxes and suits all your needs. As for my advice, all 3 are winners in their respective areas, you cannot go wrong with any of them. Pick the one that makes most sense to you.

TVS dealers unable to comment on availability of FI and ABS versions. Guess will take around 4-6 months, was almost decided on this one. I will have to reconsider and will probably go for Honda CBR250R. I will go on tours frquently but will also drive heavily in Mumbai. Hope this is worth

Same situation. RTR 200 FI availability is not clear yet. BTW, Honda dealers here are asking to put down money to order CBR250 and not even committing on manufacturing date. They say it could be within 6 months. I think Honda might bring an updated model in the next 3-4 months or so.
