  • Which Scooter to go for ??

    Hi...

Please advice , as i am planning to buy new scooter for myself. I am currently using Hero Mestro 2014 model and this scooter will soon phase out to my brother...

I am 6.3" tall with 100kg of weight

Please suggest which scooter will suits me best ...I am staying in Delhi...

    1. Activa 125cc
    2. New Hero Mestro
    3. Any other ...?

Please suggest by keeping following in mind..

    1. Must be good in pick up not want dull kind of things
    2. must need economy not below 40kmpl
    3. Can accommodate two people easily.
    4. Must have style
    5. Must be easy to maintain

    Thanks

      Honda Activa - (2016)

Fascinos and vespas will be small for your frame i guess!

but there is something interesting coming up in scooters segment.

      aprilia sr 150

Aprilia SR150, looks stunning. Waiting for a review from our own members.

meanwhile check the review from PowerDrift. Bike looks stunning. But too early to jump into conclusions about its performance inside city and other factor. One thing we can vouch for sure, that thing has got some serious pick-up off the traffic line, all scoots do, but this one looks insane.

And a larger dia wheels and longer wheel base, must keep you stable.

Since you have used Hero Maestro for the last two years, just see/test drive the latest one Maestro Edge which comes with more features. Also you may try TVS Jupiter?
Suggest Test drive couple of new models and see how it works out...!!

Really ?? Have you seen Navi or just comparing it for sake. Aprilia looks far more better than Navi.

So, You have compared the Navi and Aprilia 150!!! Are you sure, the 14' rims alone cant save the Aprillia from being passed off as another Navi!!! I havent seen Aprilia till now, hence taking your view before I book one soon.

6'3" and 100 Kgs? Don't even think of Navi. It is all convenient and powerful enough, but I bet you don't want to look like a mockery. Aprilia 150 may be right if you can afford the time and bucks. Otherwise, get back to your old options.
I meditate as I ride to find a place to sit and meditate.

Good selection - Test drive all the 3 scooters and see the difference. Only thing is that Activa 125 do not have external fuel filling feature which is not a big concern for you then ok otherwise Edge and Jupiter are the one with that convenience.!!
