All the bikes you have mentioned are very capable machines. What kind of bike do you want? Naked, faired. The Duke is good, the R15 is tested and proven, the RC200 is lovely. The AS i am not sure if it is still available. The Duke though would make the most sense, considering that you would be riding in the city most of the time.
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Give your details here if you want to help your fellow xBhpian stranded in your city

If you consider my suggestion than please do not consider one bike for all purpose. It kills the purpose and enjoyment of riding, for which the bike is made. You need to compromise on many aspects and it becomes irritating sometimes as traffic and roads are not in favor of your ride. Its better to utilize the potential of the bike fullest for the purpose it is made for.
So in short and quick suggestion for example maintain R15 (money saved) for sometime and than get Avenger 150 (utilize money saved) in your stable for long weekend rides.
Similar choice can be combined with Duke RC200 or KTM Duke 200.

Otherwise all your choices are great. You can settle with R15.
      Avoid noise pollution. Avoid honking.

For 2 lakhs even the Mojo can be considered. Just my opinion.

If you love faired bikes, Consider Gixxer too, R15 has very aggressive riding stance, whereas Gixxer SF has good upright seating position. If your city is prone to traffic, then the riding stance is to be considered too.

Take a test drive of these 2 vehicles and decide and since you have future plans of upgrading, dont over spend now, invest in good protective gears.
            R15S - Current
            Honda Dio - Current

Re: Which Bike Should I Buy?

+1 to Archer sir's post. Most people find R15 stance very aggressive and face back and shoulder pains. Gixxer SF is a good city bike with relaxed posture.
If you are comfortable with R15's seating, go for it.
Take test rides for both of them and then choose the one which suits you the best.
I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.

Re: Which Bike Should I Buy?

I would say check out the RTR 200 Too.Great bike.

The AS200/RS200 ABS will also suite you,That is Ofcourse,if you like faired bikes. But with 70% inside City Traffic,I would advice in going with a Naked Bike.

There is an R15 V3 coming.Yamaha has confirmed if I'm not wrong.

If you can wait for sometime than the R15 V3.0 slated to be launched with ABS in 2017. Already KTM has started launching bikes in 125cc with ABS. I think its bettwr to wait for said releases unless and until there is a need of the bike right now. Just for information please.

Check the review of ABS version of RS200. I came across question mark on stability of the bike as this is not so great rendering ABS as ineffective, while hard braking. This is one example where chasis/machine designs if not fit for the purpose/intended use, the benefit of additional safety feature is lost.

My opinion: Go for pulsar rs 200 with ABS version.

Thank you so much sir !

Would it be the right place if I asked which is the the most affordable riding for a college student ? Or should I ask it in the help me section ? If yes then please do suggest some affordable riding gear as I'm still studying and I would save for some of my pocket money for a few months and get some good and affordable gear! I can save around 2k every month.
