I have touched 120KMPH on RTR very easily on delhi-ambala highway and it was more hungry to go beyond.
Almost clocked 3000KM on it and its good , you will feel little heavy than R15, the only issue i faced till now is choke start in the morning rest its awesome bike.
Does the rtr 200 have a radiator or a fi? Pardon me if this question has been answered before.

Simply putting, among both the bikes, buy the one which looks better to you and you are comfortable with. You wont go wrong with either of the two. Both handles and Perform almost identical. Another option is- Wait for the upcoming 200CC from Yamaha. Test ride numerous times, then listin to what your heart says.
HH Dawn - TVS Star City - Yamaha Gladiator - TVS RTR 180 - Honda CBR 250R - Yamaha R3

What about the cooling. Is it air/coolant?

Lots of news floating around about this Yamah bike, would give tight competition to RTR200 if its prices between R15 and FZ/Fazer 150
But no doubt Yamaha engine will be more smooth/refined than TVS, there is no doubt about it
